Coke decided to use their broadcast television media buys in a different way—by communicating with real time (and relevant) messages to those watching the games during commercial breaks. Using a message in Coke bubbles, viewers at home saw spots air right after they were written and pushed to the network.
From time of entry of script and submission to finished render piece, we averaged 7 minutes until a render was ready to ship to NBC.
The messaging campaign was so successful, it was used again during NCAA March Madness, the PGA Pro Tour, and during NASCAR Racing.
